Basic Info Bio"If you go to a record store you can hear the histories of European Americans from Classical to Rock and African Americans from Spiritual, Blues, Jazz and Rap. The history of Asian (North) Americans is nearly invisible and certainly inaudible to most people. Who was there to record the work songs of a Chinese railroad builder or a Japanese or Pilipino farmworker? Certainly our people have had songs and voices that wanted to be heard......Now more than ever people of color must not fall victum to the timeworn tactics of dividing and conquering. Our interests are fundamentally the same and our unity is critical to achieve a better and more just society......1973.......the revolution we innocently believed would eventually overthrow the capitalist system never actually came about. For those who had accepted my assurances at that time. I personally apologize........."
